(after week one photo, excuse the hair I had just worked out)
Well the first week (five days) I have been on this new life change have not been too bad. I have eaten the way I should and have exercised at least an hour every day ending the week with a 2 mile walk to and from my sisters house. I feel really good! I have had my craving moments but it's not as bad as I thought it would be.
Weight loss: 7 lbs.!!!
Percentage of weight lost: 3.58%
BMI: 35
