Week Nine

Well I didn't make my 30 by 30 goal but I still feel great and am so happy that I have lost 24 pounds so far!
With Christmas being this last weekend and having birthday celebrations this week I splurged and ate some sugar and some flour based items. So I didn't lose any weight, but I am happy to say that I didn't gain any either which is important! LOL! I am totally fine with it! I also had a nice surprise today when I went to try on pants and found that I am down another size so now I am wearing size 10 Hooray!!!

Week Eight

Merry Christmas! Candy, Cookies, Cakes, Pies, all around! I did really well avoiding it all. I wasn't even tempted and then my good friend brought me over a ginormous tray of goodies and told me that I needed to just take a little sample of some of them so I did. But that is all I have eaten this whole Christmas season!! Merry Christmas!

Well this week wasn't a huge loss but at least it was a loss. I am getting closer and closer to my goal! I have 2 weeks left until my birthday so hopefully I can lose 8 more pounds by then!

Week Six



Every other day this week I wanted to quit and have some cookies!! LOL!! I stayed strong and even made cookies yesterday and didn't even lick the dough off my fingers! It continues to be hard but it is proving to be very worth it!

Week Five

OOPS!! I ate too many treats over Thanksgiving because I gained 2 pounds!!! Oh well I will work extra hard this week so hopefully that doesn't happen again.
