Week Twenty Two

Well it's been a few weeks since I posted. I didn't realize it's been that long! Oops! I have really struggled this last month with the loss of my baby and some other issues I've been having so it was really hard to get back on track. I finally was able to do the diet most of the week last week so I am finally back down to where I was before I lost the baby. I feel very accomplished and I am so glad that I was able to do it!! So from here on out I'm going to do my best to stay on the diet and keep losing weight! Please keep me in your prayers that I can do it! And thanks for all your support!!

Week Eighteen

I am slowly but surely getting back on track. I resisted birthday cake and several other treats this week. I ate gluten free pasta and corn tortillas instead of flour so I am doing well. I was really surprised when I lost 2 pounds this week!!! One more to go and I will be back on track!! Hooray!!
