I am slowly but surely getting back on track. I resisted birthday cake and several other treats this week. I ate gluten free pasta and corn tortillas instead of flour so I am doing well. I was really surprised when
I lost 2 pounds this week!!! One more to go and I will be back on track!! Hooray!!
You are doing awesome! Way to go on getting back on the bandwagon. I know it's hard once you fall off...epecially with what you've been through! Keep it up! You are AMAZING!
