Week Four

This week I didn't work out as much and I am getting so used to the eating that I don't even feel like I am dieting anymore. I am not really craving sugar or breads or pasta! It has been really nice. Today is Thanksgiving so I am going to indulge a little bit and eat some pie and rolls but other than that I will be good! I decided to weigh myself this morning even though it isn't Friday and my jaw dropped when I discovered I had lost another 7 pounds!! Hooray!!

Week Three



Well I have made it to week three! I am still going strong and haven't had any sugar at all for three whole weeks! That is beyond unbelievable to me! I don't even crave it most of the time. Which again is beyond unbelievable. I have been working out like crazy and am starting to see a lot of muscle definition in my thighs and my butt is lifting wahoo!!

Week Two



This week was a lot easier to do the diet part of this program. I haven't really had too many temptations and have put myself in plenty of situations to be tempted so I am pretty proud of myself. My pants are fitting looser and I am feeling pretty good.

I went to Target to look at some stuff and decided to try on a pair of pants that is the next size smaller than what I have been wearing and it slid right on with room to spare!! Hooray!! Down a whole pants size in 2 weeks!!

Week one

Well the first week (five days) I have been on this new life change have not been too bad. I have eaten the way I should and have exercised at least an hour every day ending the week with a 2 mile walk to and from my sisters house. I feel really good! I have had my craving moments but it's not as bad as I thought it would be.

I decided on November 1st that I want to lose at least 30 lbs. before I turn 30 in January. My sister had done a diet change where she didn't eat any simple carbs or sugar and she dropped her weight really quickly and looks totally awesome so I decided to do it. I am adding working out at least an hour a day and I hope that speeds the process up even more. I am starting at the worst time of the year because Thanksgiving and Christmas are coming up but I want to show myself that I have the discipline to do it. On Thanksgiving I am planning on having just one piece of pie and two rolls but that's it! I hope I can do it!!
