Well I have made it to week three! I am still going strong and haven't had any sugar at all for three whole weeks! That is beyond unbelievable to me! I don't even crave it most of the time. Which again is beyond unbelievable. I have been working out like crazy and am starting to see a lot of muscle definition in my thighs and my butt is lifting wahoo!!
