This week I didn't work out as much and I am getting so used to the eating that I don't even feel like I am dieting anymore. I am not really craving sugar or breads or pasta! It has been really nice. Today is Thanksgiving so I am going to indulge a little bit and eat some pie and rolls but other than that I will be good! I decided to weigh myself this morning even though it isn't Friday and my jaw dropped when I discovered I had lost another 7 pounds!! Hooray!!
