We're starting over again. Life has gotten the best of us and we are trying to get back on the wagon! I've got a ways to go but I plan to make it past my original loss and continue on in making this a lifestyle change instead of a diet. I forgot how good it feels to get the weight off and eat healthy and exercise! I hope to keep it up!
Wahoo! I am really lovin' being back on this diet. I feel so good and have so much energy!! And getting great results makes it all worth it! I am officially out of the obese category!!! I love love love that! Here are my stats this week:

Well I have actually found it pretty easy to get back on the diet this time. I know I have posted in the past and said I was back on track and then didn't last long so I am hoping that I can keep on track this time. As long as I have fruits and veggies and plenty of things I can eat it isn't too difficult to resist temptation. Here are my stats for this week:
Well I finally did it! I finally got back on the diet, lost the weight I had gained back (two or three times) and now I have finally lost the 1 pound I have been trying to lose for so long! So now I can officially say I have lost 30 pounds! Man this has been an interesting journey. Every time I thought I was over the miscarriage something else would happen and I would plummet back down into the depths of despair but now I think (knock on wood) that I am finally okay with it, not over it, but okay with it. I am not turning to food anymore and I am thoroughly enjoying the results of weight loss right now. My goal is to lose at least 4 more pounds so I can be out of the obese category.
