Week One Of My New Start

Well I have actually found it pretty easy to get back on the diet this time. I know I have posted in the past and said I was back on track and then didn't last long so I am hoping that I can keep on track this time. As long as I have fruits and veggies and plenty of things I can eat it isn't too difficult to resist temptation. Here are my stats for this week:

Weight Loss this week: 1 pound
Percentage of weight lost this week: 0.62%
BMI: 30.42

Total weight lost: 31 pounds
Total percentage of weight lost: 16.15%

  1. YAY! you are so dedicated -and did I mention AMAZING! I love that it is now summer because I LOVE fresh fruits and veggies! -having a garden helps ;)
